Our well-established, award-winning client has an immediate need for a Quality Assurance Leader to join their growing team. In this role, the QA Lead will conduct internal AS9100 audits and customer audits as well as review customer RFQs. In addition, the QA Lead will be responsible for CAPA management, ECO processes, and conducting MRB meetings. They will review quotes and contracts and be responsible for updating all QMS procedures.
This is a true hands‑on role where the QA Lead will manage all incoming, in‑process, and final inspection, and set up and maintain calibrations. Candidates with ASQ Certifications are highly desired. Due to the nature of the work, this position requires US Citizenship.
- Manage supplier quality, including approvals, ratings, and compliance monitoring (GIDEP)
- Monthly and yearly management reviews
- Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical problem‑solving required
- Experience in Total Quality Management and process improvement
