Job Title:
Assembly Lead Role (Must have previous experience as a Lead)
Type : DIRECT HIRE
Responsibilities- Oversee a small group of Battery Assembly employees during daily activities.
- Guide team members through their responsibilities.
- Ensure tasks in the assembly process are completed efficiently.
- Rotate team members through different assembly tasks.
- Provide feedback to engineers and supervisors for continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Read and understand work instructions written in English.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Lead or supervisory experience.
- 2-3+ years of production experience.
- Ability to conduct performance evaluations.
- Ability to read and write English and comfortably speak English throughout the workday.
- Attention to minute details in work instructions.
- Basic computer skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Basic knowledge of hand tools.
- Proficient knowledge of measuring devices including vernier/caliper.
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace.
- Ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work.
- Ability to comprehend basic technical topics.
- Ability to utilize available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
