Senior Financial​/Business Analyst

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a growing organization seeking a finance professional to own and administer its forecasting tool and support monthly Board reporting. This is a stand-alone role partnering closely with the CFO, not IT-heavy and not a junior analyst position.

The position is onsite one day a week and will work closely with the CFO.

You must be local, Massachusetts or New Hampshire, and eligible to work in the United States without ANY restrictions, currently or in the future.

• Own and maintain Financial Performance Management tool (hierarchies, templates, access, integrations)
• Build P&L, forecast, and variance reports
• Support Board reporting
• Assist with acquisition integrations (COA mapping, FX, entity setup)
• Build financial models (forecasting, bonus modeling, scenario planning)

• 3–8 years in FP&A / Corporate Finance
• Experience with Power
  
  BI, Tableau, Planful, Adaptive/Workday, Oracle EPM, One Stream, or Anaplan
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Independent, systems-oriented, and comfortable working directly with a CFO
• High-visibility role for someone who combines finance depth with systems ownership.
