Overview
KBW has partnered with a large publicly traded company North of BBoston on a search for a Finance Manager. This role will be heavily involved in M&A activity. The company continues to experience high growth and this role will be critical to help this continue. This position will work closely with Executive leadership.
Responsibilities- Assist in the evaluation of potential target companies
- Review and analysis of Financial Statements
- Assist with integration efforts
- Provide analysis on projections
- Participate in ad hoc projects
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting – MBA a plus
- 5 plus years of FP&A experience
- Experience with full cycle M&A
- Experience in a publicly traded company
