Overview
KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a client local to Billerica, MA in their search for an Accounting Clerk. This is a temporary position that is onsite and it would report to the CFO.
Responsibilities- Processing vendor invoices
- Reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies
- Creating and positing vendor invoices
- Following up on overdue AR, working with sales to resolve disputes
- Assisting with month end close
- 1+ years of AP/AR experience
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience with Net Suite is a must
Compensation: $25/hr - $33/hr DOE
