Join Liebherr Great Britain as a Service Engineer specialising in Harbour Mobile Cranes. You will conduct maintenance and repairs, ensuring quality standards, timelines, and customer confidence.

• Carry out servicing, inspection, and repair of machinery and equipment at customer premises.
• Prioritise harbour crane types while becoming familiar with other product types.
• Diagnose fault issues and take appropriate action.
• Return all warranty and return parts cleaned, packed, and labelled correctly.
• Read, understand, and file all service information.
• Keep service manuals updated.
• Work in strict compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Develop outstanding rapport and relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with customers to understand and meet their needs flexibly.
• Support others, ensuring admin and paperwork is completed timely.

• GCSE Maths and English (Grade A to C or 9 to
  4).
• Recognised apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3 in a related industry.
• Experience in a similar role within the industry.
• Full clean driving licence.
