Overview

Kitchen Team Member role at Love's Travel Stops. This position involves providing top-notch customer service, maintaining a clean and stocked deli area, and preparing deli products according to guidelines. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required.

• General customer service duties, including answering questions about menu offerings and addressing customer needs. Assist store cashier team members in cleaning and maintaining the deli, coffee, and fountain bars with fresh offerings throughout the shift.
• Accurately prepare deli products as instructed in designated preparation guides, including salads, fresh-cut fruit, cold/hot sandwiches and wraps, parfait cups, and similar items.
• Use appropriate methods and technologies to ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper food safety conditions.
• Cross-train in other departments when needed, such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
• Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in various temperatures.
