** Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse (RN) in Emergency Department!** Join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients in the fast-paced environment of the Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in the delivery of healthcare services. Here’s what you can expect:
- ** Purpose-Driven Role**:
- Provide compassionate care to Emergency Room patients - Utilize the Nursing Process in alignment with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
- ** Skill Development**:
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment - Engage in ongoing education to maintain clinical competencies
- ** Leadership and Teamwork**:
- Anticipate and plan for safe patient care delivery - Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience - Provide direction and supervision to team members delivering care
- ** Certification Requirements**:
