The primary role of the Account Executive is to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities management, discharge planners, and case managers to generate PCS Caregiver referrals.

Pay range: $65,000 - $75,000

Territory:
Midland, TX (Odessa)

• Act as a role model within and outside the agency.

• Communicate regularly with supervisor about department issues and keep management informed of potential problems.

• Recommend new approaches to improve policies, procedures, and documentation continually.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations.
• Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
• Create and conduct presentations using audiovisual tools, including PowerPoint.
• Consistently promote the company's core values.
• Complete required annual compliance training.

• Educate physician offices, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities management, discharge planners, and case managers on the benefits of personal Home Care Services.
• Use customer service and sales skills to attract and maintain business relationships.
• Contact all leads promptly and follow up weekly.
• Build relationships within the community, professional organizations, customers, and clients to generate referrals.
• Conduct pre-discharge hospital or skilled nursing facility visits at the client’s request to assess needs.
• Hold informational meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and inform them about personal Home Care Services.
• Initiate service agreements with new clients.
• Maintain and document marketing expenditures and submit expense reports timely.
• Engage in public relations outreach through speaking engagements, community involvement, trade shows, and co-marketing with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with branch staff and field sales resources.
• Assist in timely billing, collections, and documentation of demographic and payor information.

• Ability to develop successful marketing strategies for the assigned territory.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Organized, with a strong work ethic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior supervisory experience in home health, hospice, or related healthcare industry considered for non-degree candidates.
• Minimum of two years healthcare sales or marketing experience, preferably in home health or hospice.
• Willingness to travel.
