Job SummaryResponsible for sustaining and continuously improving mechanical components for equipment and tools. Ensures safe, effective operations, manages reliability engineering projects, performs analytical verification, evaluates reliability interventions, initiates reporting, documents corrective actions, and prepares routine reports.
Education & Experience- 4‑year Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Eight (8) or more years of oil & gas or related experience (required)
- No license or certification required
- Reliability management, asset management, rotating equipment, process safety
- Turnarounds, continuous improvement, analysis, budgeting
- Analyze historical, PM, PdM data and provide recommendations for reliability improvement
- Coordinate root cause failure analysis and track implementation of recommendations
- Utilize reliability tools (failure calculations, evaluations, cost analysis, risk analysis)
- Participate in audits of repair, quality, failure investigation processes
- Conduct life cycle cost analysis on new and critical equipment
