Are you a skilled and compassionate CRNA looking for an exciting opportunity in a great community? Corewell Health, Michigan’s largest health system, is seeking full‑time and part‑time CRNAs to join our dedicated team of anesthesia providers at Corewell Health Big Rapids Hospital.

Competitive compensation – annual base salary of $312,000 with a $100,000 starting bonus. Relocation assistance up to $12,000 is available. Bring your talent and expertise and build the future of anesthesia services at Corewell Health.

• Provide high‑level anesthetic services, including OB/GYN care, with our CRNA team
• Baseline schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday‑Friday
• Provide 1:6 call coverage and weekend coverage with post‑call day off
• Additional compensation available for excess call and covering additional shift blocks

Benefits include access to My Concierge, a unique program for employed physicians and APPs at Corewell Health in West Michigan, CME allowance of $2,500 annually with rollover of unused funds (maximum $5,000).

• Required master’s degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• 1 year of relevant experience as an RN in an acute care setting (e.g., ICU or ER)
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) – State of Michigan required
• Experience and comfort with OB/GYN cases required

Corewell Health Big Rapids Hospital is a 49‑bed acute care hospital located in Mecosta County. The hospital maintains a level IV trauma designation and is a TJC Comprehensive Stroke Center. It offers inpatient medical, surgical, obstetrical, and critical care units. Outpatient services include a full‑service laboratory, medical imaging (CT, MRI, 3D mammography, bone density testing, ultrasound), cardiopulmonary services, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation, and an array of outpatient surgical procedures.
