The Clerical General Level I position will consist of office work and will allow you to expand your knowledge in Microsoft programs and other general office duties.

• Answering phones, data entry, filing, typing, and photocopying
• Manual assembly
• Tours
• Assisting faculty and patrons
• Scheduling appointments

Should have knowledge in Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel
