Job Title:
In-Home PTA – Weekend Only Care Provider

Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays per diem
Compensation: $42 - $46 per visit
Be the helping hand clients need most—on the weekends. At Home Health Care, Inc., your PTA license can make a difference with flexible in-home care shifts that don’t interfere with your weekday routine.

- Individualized care in patients' homes
- Strong support from PTs and clinical managers
- Carry out prescribed PT exercises
- Monitor and report patient progress
- Educate patients and families on mobility practices
- MN-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday visits
- Ability to travel between clients
