Community Development Technician - Planning - Lake

The City of Big Lake is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual that will play a critical role in administering and enforcing zoning regulations, processing land use applications, and providing information and assistance to residents, developers and the public. Work includes processing sign permits, variances, conditional use and interim use permits, easements vacations, administrative subdivisions, communications and assists with economic development efforts.

Work is performed under the general supervision of the Community Development Director.
