A leading telecommunications company is seeking an IT & Telecom Support Engineer / Technical Analyst in Biel. In this role, you will provide Level 2 technical support for enterprise customers, troubleshoot complex IT and telecom issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a degree in IT or Telecommunications, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong analytical skills.

Fluency in German or Swiss-German and excellent communication skills in English are essential.
