• Coordination and execution of service assignments for our Mikron Mill milling machines and Step Tec spindles
• Creation of service reports
• Analysis and diagnosis of recurring error patterns and determination of causes in close cooperation with the development and assembly departments
• Creation of advanced PLC software diagnostics and detailed error descriptions for the software department, as well as support with troubleshooting
• Support and assistance for our sales companies and customers in technical matters in 2nd level support

• Several years of experience in servicing CNC machines
• Very good knowledge of Heidenhain controls (from iTNC 530 onwards)
• Knowledge of applications on CNC milling machines
• Ability to work independently and motivation to acquire new knowledge
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel worldwide up to approx. 80%
