To reinforce the Swatch Art Peace Hotel team at Swatch Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, we are currently searching for a:
DIGITAL COMMUNICATION PROJECT LEADER 100% Job descriptionThe Swatch Art Peace Hotel is a residency for artists from all over the world and from any artistic disciplines. Opened in Shanghai in November 2011, it provides artists with a unique experience, a hub of creativity and an incubator for creative projects where their artistic careers evolve, and new ideas come to life.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a digital communication strategy for the Swatch Art Peace Hotel project.
- Manage and optimize content across global social media platforms, with understanding of Chinese social media ecosystems (e.g., WeChat, Red Note).
- Create impactful visual content.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to support strategic improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, artists, and external partners to ensure communication consistency.
- Keep up to date with digital trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms in both Western and Chinese markets.
- Engage with artistic content and communicate effectively
Profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital communication and social media management.
- Background in communication, marketing, digital media, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Creativity and an innovative approach to digital storytelling.
- High adaptability and openness to rapid changes in trends and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and autonomy.
We are looking for someone who is team oriented with the ability to collaborate with diverse professionals. You have a genuine interest in contemporary art and curiosity for artistic trends.
LanguagesIn addition, you possess excellent communications skills and are fluent in English and Chinese (mandatory)
