For our major project New Campus Biel (Bern University of Applied Sciences BFH), we are looking for a carpentry foreman as a team leader for assembly.

- Assembly work for timber construction projects
- Coordination and independent advancement of assembly work according to instructions from our project managers
- Leading the assembly teams (with up to 10 employees), including quality assurance
- Coordination of site logistics including material management
- Reporting to the project manager execution
- Supporting the project managers during construction inspections including documentation
- Responsible and varied activity at one of the most interesting large timber construction projects in Switzerland
- Top construction site infrastructure
- Motivated team, open communication culture, respectful interaction
- Opportunities for advancement - your development is important to us
- Completed training as a carpenter, as well as further training to become a foreman or construction manager
- At least 3 years of experience in leading assembly teams in the field of timber construction
- Strong assertiveness, communication skills, and willingness to perform
- IT affinity for operating our digital tools for site management
