Overview

Tradesperson (Multi Skilled) – Permanent full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Target

Start Date:

ASAP. Salary: £33,495 per year.
Location: North Devon Area (mobile working).

• Provide high‑quality, cost‑effective improvement services to Westward customers, including kitchen, bathroom fittings and external works such as flat roofing, facia, soffits, guttering, rendering, painting, concreting and fencing.

• Participate in an emergency out‑of‑hours service, with additional standby and call‑out payments.

• Extensive experience in carpentry, masonry, painting & decorating, plastering, plumbing, roofing, tiling, and kitchen/bathroom installations.

• Fully competent and skilled tradesperson with excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week and possess a valid, current full driving licence.

• Annual salary of £33,495.
