Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• At least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs. and occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Biddeford, ME; secondary locations include Kennebunk, Saco, and Scarborough.
• Schedule availability required:
  Sun, Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fri.

Hourly rate ranges from $20.69 to $22.69 based on experience. Eligible for 401(k) savings plan and incentive bonus program.
