North East Electrical is looking for a full time Counter Sales Associate to join our team in Biddeford, ME!

Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm

Salary Range: $22 to $24 per hour plus commission

Counter Sales Rep at North East Electrical is the ideal position for a person who has a passion for taking care of customers. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will provide retail and professional customers with a high level of customer service; as well as maintaining the appearance of the store and ensuring it is displayed in a clean and organized manner.

• Taking orders over the phone, in person, and via our Digital Tools.
• Entering stock, special, direct, and back orders as required.
• Providing customers with information and demonstration of our online solution for fast and easy ordering through our website.
• Providing support to the Branch Manager in the transferring, warehousing, receiving, and shipping of stock and special material.
• Displaying and stocking material in counter and showroom. Participate in promotions as they occur.
• Performing other duties as required or directed by Manager.

• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and website navigation.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, electrical or construction experience helpful.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Dependable and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Physical requirement:
  Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs using manual and PIT equipment.
