An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in the Operating Room with a focus on Gynecology and Genitourinary procedures. This role is ideal for a skilled RN with at least three years of Level 1 trauma training, ready to provide superior surgical nursing care in a fast-paced Level One Trauma Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert perioperative nursing care for patients undergoing procedures such as Robotics (DaVinci Xi), PCNL, Nephrectomy, Ureteral Reimplants, Hysterectomy, Cystectomy, Colpocleisis, Hysteroscopy, and Ureteroscopy.
• Manage a diverse patient population ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain excellent patient outcomes.
• Participate in overnight trauma call rotations and specialty team call schedules.
• Utilize advanced surgical equipment including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot.
• Document patient care efficiently using Epic EMR systems.

Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years as an RN in Level 1 trauma settings, preferably within GU/GYN surgery.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• Proven proficiency in managing complex surgical procedures.
• Ability to work 3 twelve-hour day shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.), with weekend rotation and call requirements.
• Strong teamwork, accountability, punctuality, and flexibility.

Schedule:

• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.)
• One in four weekends
