An experienced Registered Nurse with a minimum of three years' Level 1 trauma training is sought for a specialized Operating Room role focusing on Gynecology and Genitourinary surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and assist in surgeries involving robotics (DaVinci Xi), PCNLs, nephrectomies, ureteral reimplants, hysterectomies, cystectomies, colpocleisis, hysteroscopies, and ureteroscopies.
• Provide perioperative nursing care for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality surgical outcomes.
• Maintain proficiency in the use of equipment including Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot systems.
• Adhere to trauma and specialty team protocols, including scheduled call requirements.

Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice.
• Minimum of three years of experience in Level 1 trauma Operating Room nursing.
• Competency in robotic surgical systems and a broad range of GU and GYN procedures.
• Preferred CNOR certification.
• Flexible, accountable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
• Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts, with a 1:4 weekend rotation and occasional overnight trauma call.
