- Obtain and review patient's medical and psychosocial history relevant to care.
- Conduct physical examinations per guidelines.
- Order and review labs and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs.
- Provide preventive medicine counseling, program counseling, and education on products and supplements.
- Follow prescription guidelines under physician supervision.
- Document patient care and medication management in the EMR as per standards.
- Review patient progress and manage care accordingly.
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers and facilities.
- Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress and concerns.
- Review weekly reports and KPIs to oversee clinical operations and mentor staff.
- Act as the liaison for medical and clinical affairs at locations.
- Participate in training and serve as in-house trainer for medical staff.
- Identify opportunities to improve clinical operations' efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop strategies to enhance patient experience.
- Participate in launching new programs, services, and products.
- Manage projects effectively with strong project management skills.
