Position: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Obtain and review patient's medical and psychosocial history relevant to care.
  • Conduct physical examinations per guidelines.
  • Order and review labs and diagnostic procedures, including ECGs.
  • Provide preventive medicine counseling, program counseling, and education on products and supplements.
  • Follow prescription guidelines under physician supervision.
  • Document patient care and medication management in the EMR as per standards.
  • Review patient progress and manage care accordingly.
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers and facilities.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to discuss progress and concerns.
General Responsibilities:
  • Review weekly reports and KPIs to oversee clinical operations and mentor staff.
  • Act as the liaison for medical and clinical affairs at locations.
  • Participate in training and serve as in-house trainer for medical staff.
  • Identify opportunities to improve clinical operations' efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop strategies to enhance patient experience.
  • Participate in launching new programs, services, and products.
  • Manage projects effectively with strong project management skills.

  • DEA Certification (Preferred)
