• Provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training.

• Current RN license in the state of Maine or compact state.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and training opportunities.
• Experience in Med Surg nursing with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare settings.
• Track record of achieving departmental and organizational performance targets.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.
