Position: RN-Med Surg (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Med Surg for a 13-week contract in Biddeford, Maine — earn up to ($2252 - $2371 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

- Provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg setting.
- Participate in continuous professional development and training.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop patient care plans.
- Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
- Support a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Assist in achieving departmental and organizational targets.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Current RN license in the state of Maine or compact state.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and training opportunities.
- Experience in Med Surg nursing with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in healthcare settings.
- Track record of achieving departmental and organizational performance targets.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.
- Proficiency in documenting patient care and monitoring treatment progress.
