Job Title: Fabricator
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Start Date: September 2, 2026

As a Fabricator, you'll play a vital role in building high-quality components that meet specifications, collaborating closely with skilled technicians and supervisors to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in every project.
What You'll Do:
As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing TIG and MIG welding of stainless steel, aluminum, cold/mild steel, and tubular steel.
• Completing layout, fitting, welding, and finishing of metal parts according to customer specifications.
• Operating fabrication equipment such as rolling machines, stud welders, and overhead cranes.
• Conducting inspections to verify material types, thicknesses, and dimensions throughout production.
• Ensuring all safety protocols are followed, including equipment checks and workspace cleanliness.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure accuracy in production.
• Measuring and checking parts to maintain tight tolerances and consistent quality.
• Assisting with other duties as assigned to help achieve team goals.

What You'll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma, trade school certificate, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and job specifications.
• Understanding of metallurgy, material types, and gauges.
• Strong math and measuring skills (tape measure, dial caliper, versa gauge, etc.).
• Ability to layout, fit, weld, and finish with minimal supervision.
• Certification in welding and overhead crane operation (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality workmanship.
