The Clinical Pharmacist - Retail role reviews outpatient medication orders for safe and effective medication use; collaborates with physicians and other health care personnel to achieve optimal patient outcomes; manages and facilitates delivery of discharge medications; and formulates recommendations based on current literature and evidence-based practice.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)- Education:
