Maine Health is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Specialist (PSS) to support our Pediatrics practice in Biddeford. The PSS serves as a key point of contact for patients and families, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality experience throughout the visit process.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and check in patients and families in a pediatric setting
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Verify patient demographics, insurance, and registration information
- Handle phone calls, messages, and front-desk inquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support patient care
- Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred. - License/
