• Perform MRI scans and ensure patient safety during procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory standards in imaging.
• Utilize data to track performance metrics and achieve targets.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment for optimal performance.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Engage in performance reviews and set personal growth goals.
• Document and report imaging results accurately and promptly.
• Evaluate and improve imaging techniques for better patient outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients to alleviate concerns.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient imaging needs.
• Manage patient schedules and ensure timely imaging services.
• Assist in the training of new staff and interns.

• Certified MRI technologist with a valid state license.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols in medical imaging.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Experience with MRI equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proven track record of meeting performance metrics and targets.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to evaluate and improve imaging techniques for patient outcomes.
• Experience in documenting and reporting imaging results accurately.
• Willingness to assist in training new staff and interns.
• Experience in managing patient schedules for timely services.
