This part-time position provide excellent customer service to patrons frequenting the Service Station.

Essential Functions:

• Handle cash/credit card transactions from patrons for product at the Service Station.
• Fill up gas tanks when necessary.
• Deal with customers in a courteous and effective manner.
• Collect and dispose of trash outside.
• Charge purchases to customer’s credit cards, provide customers with receipts.
• Answer questions and provide directions if needed.
• Flexibility in scheduling days, evening, and weekends is necessary
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Contacts:

This position deals frequently with managers at all levels both inside and outside the company and suppliers.

Other Tasks:

Performs other tasks as requested.

Education:

High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Experience:

Previous customer service experience required.

Decisions Made:

Most decisions are specific and routine. Questions are referred to immediate supervisor.

Physical Requirements Analysis:

• The position requires frequent sitting along with occasional standing and walking
• There is frequent use of the fingers to write, use a computer, and handle paperwork
• There is frequent communication involving both speaking and listening in person and over the telephone
