• Drive CRM activity and cultivate a loyal client‑base for both the brand and the boutique.
• Nurture genuine customer relationships and develop a successful client book.
• Achieve KPI sales targets in a highly competitive retail environment.

• Play an essential part in the smooth running of the boutique and seamless customer journey.
• Maintain an authentic approach with clients and demonstrate strong communication skills.

• Deliver excellent service to an internationally diverse customer base.
