Overview
Our apprenticeship gives people of all ages a chance to start an exciting career while earning a full-time wage. This role involves providing great customer service in an optics setting and supporting customers with frame selections.
Responsibilities- Book customers in and assist with pre-screening.
- Recommend suitable frames based on customer needs.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support as part of the optics team.
