Join the vibrant world of Le Creuset as a Retail Sales Associate Keyholder, where cookware meets colour, and customers come for inspiration! You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favourite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift.
Responsibilities- Customer Service:
Be the friendly face that greets our guests and offers expert advice on our premium cookware range. - Sales:
Use sales techniques, product demos, and upselling to hit targets. - Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with our cookware products and promotions. - Merchandising:
Maintain a visually appealing store that is clean and organized. - Inventory Management:
Manage stock levels, from unpacking deliveries to stock control. - Cash Handling:
Process transactions accurately and balance the till. - Keyholder Duties:
Open and close the store, ensuring security for the next service.

Gather insights to improve our service. - Merchandising:
Create displays that are visually appealing. - Additional Duties:
Provide flexibility to support store operations when needed.
We’re looking for someone who blends a customer-first mindset with strong sales skills, clear and confident communication, and the flexibility to adapt and work as part of a team. Reliability and trustworthiness are the foundation of this role.
Your Behaviours & Traits- Dependable, professional, and proactive.
- Attention to detail; presentation matters.
- Problem-solving skills to keep things running smoothly.
- Previous retail or customer service experience (keyholder experience is a plus).
- Passion for cooking and familiarity with cookware products.
- Ability to lift 25–29 lbs regularly.
- Flexible availability for retail trading hours, including weekends and holidays.
