You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favourite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift.

• Customer Service:
  Be the friendly face that greets our guests and offers expert advice on our premium cookware range.
• Sales:
  Use sales techniques, product demos, and upselling to hit targets.
• Product Knowledge:
  Stay up-to-date with our cookware products and promotions.
• Merchandising:
  Maintain a visually appealing store that is clean and organized.
• Inventory Management:
  Manage stock levels, from unpacking deliveries to stock control.
• Cash Handling:
  Process transactions accurately and balance the till.
• Keyholder Duties:
  Open and close the store, ensuring security for the next service.

• Previous retail or customer service experience (keyholder experience is a plus).
• Passion for cooking and familiarity with cookware products.
• Ability to lift 25–29 lbs regularly.

• Flexible availability for retail trading hours, including weekends and holidays.
