You’ll be the friendly face helping shoppers discover their next kitchen favourite, sharing product tips, and keeping the store looking fabulous. From ringing up sales to restocking shelves, you’ll bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food and design to every shift.

• Customer Service: greet guests and offer expert advice on the premium cookware range.
• Sales: use sales techniques, product demos, and upselling to hit targets.
• Product Knowledge: stay up to date with the product menu and promotions.
• Merchandising: create a clean, organised, visually appealing store.
• Inventory Management: unpackage deliveries and manage stock levels.
• Cash Handling: process transactions accurately and close cash drawers.
• Keyholder Duties: open and close the store, ensuring everything is locked and secure.

• Inventory Management: stock up and organise merchandise.
• Customer Feedback: gather insights to improve service.
• Merchandising: create displays.
• Additional Duties: support operations when required.

• Dependable, professional, proactive.
• Attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving skills.

• Previous retail or customer service experience (keyholder experience preferred).
• Passion for cooking and familiarity with cookware products.
• Ability to lift 25–29 lbs regularly.

• Flexible availability for retail trading hours, including weekends and holidays.
