Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager to join their team. You will create and maintain staff morale, compile reports, liaise with management, support the sales team, and conduct team briefs.

• Writing reports and liaising with management regarding sales and performance.
• Offering product knowledge and training to boost staff morale.
• Creating rotas and managing holidays.
• Supporting induction of new starters.
• Delivering outstanding customer service, completing sales and building relationships.
• Working towards sales targets for the store.
• Attending regular training for product knowledge development.
• Undertaking till functions, cashing up, closing and taking payments.
• Carrying out stock take and replenishment.
• Ensuring a clean and tidy store.
• Answering queries and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Previous management or team leader experience is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to create a motivated and supportive working environment.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as required.
• Strong leadership skills and teamwork.

Offering up to £40,000 per annum.
