Wolverine Worldwide is a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel, and accessories, dedicated to advancing brands including Sweaty Betty.

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service‑oriented individual who enjoys a fun work environment, supports the team, and can step in for the Store Manager when needed. The role requires strong product knowledge, administrative and operational duties, and maintaining general store security.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store including opening and closing, cash‑handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well‑presented store at all times.
  • Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge.
  • Creating amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
  • Achieve sales goals and performance metrics & drive the store’s success, being an ambassador and supporting local marketing efforts.
  • Perform other duties as required/assigned by manager.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies including health and safety regulations and inventory management.
  • Take ownership of stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing toward and delivering on store KPIs.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
  • Demonstrated retail sales success.
  • Experience working in a customer‑facing role. Supervisory experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
