Retail Supervisor

• Open and close the store following the correct company procedures
• Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
• Support the Store Management team on overall store and back‑of‑house standards
• Assist in training and coaching associates
• Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end‑to‑end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store
• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards in store
• Perform other duties as required by the management team

• Team player
• Previous retail experience desirable or proven experience in a team environment
• Demonstrate customer service skills
• A passion for retail and sales
• Desire to learn
• Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
• Understanding of POS register systems
• Effective communication skills
