Vehicle Technician – Independent Garage (Bicester)

* Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary

* Hours:

Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm

* Weekends OFF

* Independent garage | Friendly, close-knit team

My client a well-established independent garage in Bicester, known locally for our quality workmanship, honest service, and long-standing customer relationships. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our small, supportive team.

The Role

* Diagnostics, servicing, repairs, and maintenance across a range of vehicles

* Using modern diagnostic equipment to accurately identify and fix faults

* Completing work to a high standard, first time

* Keeping clear and accurate service records

* Working closely with the team to ensure jobs are completed on time

* Providing friendly, honest service to our customers

What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician

* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred

* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

* Good attention to detail and a professional attitude

* Confident communication skills
