Location:

Bicester, Oxfordshire

Salary: up to £40,000

• Act as the first point of contact for managers on ER, performance and absence issues
• Manage a low to medium-risk ER caseload independently
• Coaching managers to handle people issues confidently and compliantly
• Support absence management, wellbeing and return-to-work processes
• Use people data (absence, turnover, case trends) to spot issues early
• Ensure HR policies are applied fairly, consistently and in line with employment law

• CIPD Level 5 qualified
• Solid experience in an HR / P&C Advisory role
• Experienced and confident managing ER cases independently
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
• Comfortable influencing and challenging managers when needed
• Professional, approachable and discreet

• Salary up to £40,000
