Production Engineer

Our exciting new client based in Bicester are looking for a Production Engineer to join their growing team on a permanenet basis.

The ideal candidate will be multiskilled in both electrical and mechanical fields. Excellent trouble shooting skills are required. The ability to read electrical schematics, diagnose and repair faults along with performing minor/major mechanical repairs, predictive and preventive maintenance of our equipment is essential to the position.

The candidate must be able to work independently, be highly motivated and have excellent decision making skills. The candidate will report to the Engineering Manager and work closely with our Production Management team to ensure KPI targets are achieved and we maintain our Client SLA standards at all times.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the Printing or Direct Mail industry or allied trades such as Print finishing or Packaging, although candidates with the required electrical/mechanical skills from other industries will also be considered.
