Bicester We're recruiting a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established industrial manufacturer where engineering is taken seriously. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping production running at its best through a mix of planned preventative maintenance and fast-paced reactive fault finding . You'll be working on a wide range of electrical and mechanical machinery , diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and implementing improvements that genuinely reduce downtime and boost reliability.

The role also offers involvement in new installations, equipment upgrades, and PLC-controlled systems , giving you variety and technical challenge beyond the day-to-day. You'll be practical, proactive, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit engineering team. Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:
Have an electrical engineering qualification. Needs to have Electrical and Mechanical Skills Industrial/Manufacturing Background Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment. Must be happy to work a permanent nights shift The Maintenance Engineer will benefit from:
