Customer Service Rep
We are looking for a Customer Operations Assistant to join a Bicester based company. This is a varied role that will include handling queries, liaising between departments, working within the warehouse, packing orders and in-store customer service.
Working hours will consist of 07:45-16:00 Monday to Friday. This role will start predominantly in the warehouse but will involve face-to-face customer service and selling to customers in store.
Duties of the Customer Operations Assistant- Ensure customer orders are manufactured, picked and dispatched correctly.
- Manage order queries.
- Liaise with other departments to make sure orders are completed efficiently.
- Communicate with couriers and suppliers.
- Support with stock management.
- Schedule waste removal.
- Maintain and clean machinery.
- Provide in-store customer service.
- Selling products to customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Previous customer service or administration experience
- Strong warehouse background.
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office packages and CRM’s. Previous use of ERP platforms would also be advantageous.
- Prioritise tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills.
This position will also require full Forklift training, which training will be provided for.
