Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Reliance Retail. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Bhubaneswar, Koraput, Balasore, or Sambalpur. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience overseeing retail operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

Strong experience with point of sale (POS) systems to ensure seamless customer transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and goals.
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve set sales targets and deliver high-quality customer service.
Implement merchandising strategies, ensuring product displays are optimized to maximize customer engagement.
Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and minimize waste to ensure adequate supply.
Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends and develop action plans to respond to market changes.
Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and customers alike.
Resolve customer complaints and facilitate feedback to improve customer service practices continually.
