Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Bhubaneswar. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee and tea, in accordance with company standards. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with customers, taking orders, handling transactions, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café. The role also involves food preparation tasks, assisting with inventory management, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications
Strong Barista skills, including familiarity with coffee-making equipment and techniques
Effective Communication and excellent Interpersonal Skills to interact with customers and team members
Customer Service skills and a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience
Experience in Food Preparation, such as handling and preparing food items with care
Punctuality, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory
