Three Chariots Coffee is set to launch its new outlet, JHUND, a concept-driven restaurant focused on bold regional flavours from the Maharashtrian and Konkan regions, presented with a contemporary approach.

We are urgently hiring a  Chef de Partie (CDP) with 3–5 years  of experience to support kitchen operations and contribute to menu execution for this new venture.

Role Overview
The ideal candidate will:
Have hands-on experience with Maharashtrian and Konkan cuisines
Be comfortable working on small plates and modern regional formats
Show an inclination towards Continental cuisine, particularly in techniques and plating
Execute dishes consistently while maintaining quality and hygiene standards
Work closely with the Head Chef in menu trials and daily kitchen operations

Key Requirements
3–5 years of professional kitchen experience in a structured kitchen
Strong understanding of regional Indian ingredients and cooking methods
Ability to independently manage a section

Experience with prep planning, service execution, and basic stock control
Willingness to grow with a new kitchen team

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
