SCM Outbound Officer

Responsibilities

Following, respecting & establishing all EHS guidelines, protocols etc in workplace
Ensuring quality & process control during working as per QC.
Ensuring issuance of loading slip of products as QC Clearence for loading after checking all releases.
Ensuring preparation of invoice and other documents to be handed over to transporter/truck driver.
Ensuring despatch of correct quantity and quality products as per customer order
Ensuring stock taking and match with book stock on regular basis.
Ensuring participation in KAIZENS (improvements jobs)
Participation in all EHS initiatives
Ensuring proper housekeeping after job completion
Ensuring proper coordination with other departments
Allocation of manpower and taking work from contractor/contract workers.
Ensuring 5S of work place and maintain dashboard.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Other Characteristics

Knowledge on storage of refractory products and loading into trucks safety
Knowledge on basic operation of Crane, handing equipment like forklift, hydra, etc
Knowledge on handling of big bags/Pallets by forklift or pallet trolley.
Basic knowledge on computer operating like MS office.

Requirements

Essential:
Graduate/MBA from any stream with 2-5 years experience, age limit 35 years.
Preferred:
Work experience in refractory/Core manufacturing Industries (Preferably in warehouse)
