ServiceNow UI Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented  Service Now UI Developer  with strong expertise in  UI Builder  and  React.js  to design and develop modern, user-centric interfaces on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building custom portals, work spaces, and widgets, integrating front-end components with Service Now data models and APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop  custom UI experiences  using  Service Now UI Builder ,  Service Portal , and  Now Experience Framework .
Implement  React.js  components within the Service Now environment to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
Work closely with Service Now architects and back-end developers to integrate UI components with  Service Now data and workflows .
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Ensure  UI performance optimization , accessibility, and adherence to design best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related defects or performance issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Service Now releases, UI Builder enhancements, and front-end development trends.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

5+ years  of hands-on experience in  Service Now development  with focus on  UI/UX customization .
Proven experience working with  Service Now UI Builder ,  Now Experience Framework , and  Work spaces .
Strong proficiency in  React.js ,  JavaScript (ES6+) ,  HTML5 ,  CSS3 , and  Bootstrap .

Experience with  Service Now APIs ,  Glide Ajax , and  server-client data integration .
Familiarity with  Service Portal ,  Catalog UI Policies , and  Widgets .
Understanding of  Service Now architecture  and data model.

Experience with  Git ,  JIRA , and  Agile methodologies .
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)  or  Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)  certification.

Experience with  Service Now Next Experience UI (Polaris) .
Knowledge of  Service Now ITSM ,  ITOM ,  HRSD , or  CSM  modules.
Exposure to  REST API integrations  and  Service Now Flow Designer .
