Job Description – UI/UX Designer
We are looking for a creative, user-focused  UI/UX Designer  to design intuitive, visually appealing digital products for web and mobile platforms.

Key Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 5 + years  in UI/UX or Product Design
Industry:  IT / Technology company experience preferred
Career Background:  Design / HCI / Digital Media / IT-related field

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in  Design, Computer Science, HCI, or related disciplines
Portfolio:  Mandatory with case studies
Mobility:  Comfortable with  travel  if required.

Responsibilities (Brief)
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Conduct user research and usability testing
Build and maintain design systems
Collaborate with product managers and engineers
Ensure accessibility and responsive design standards
Iterate designs based on analytics and feedback

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Framer
UX research & testing methodologies
