About the Role:

The Manager – Accreditation, Compliance & Rankings is responsible for leading, coordinating, and managing compliance and accreditation processes (e.g., AICTE, AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS, NBA, NAAC) and ranking initiatives (e.g. NIRF) for the institute. This role serves as the central point of contact for data collation, management, and compliance, ensuring that the institution meets the rigorous quality standards and process documentation required to enhance the institute’s global standing and academic reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

- To execute a strategic roadmap for maintaining existing accreditations and securing new international accreditations.
- Manage end-to-end data collection, validation, and analysis process required for ranking agencies and accreditation bodies.
- Maintain a centralized repository of institutional data.
- Preparation and submission of Self-Evaluation Reports (SERs), compliance reports, and other regulatory documentation ensuring accuracy and adherence to strict timelines.
- Facilitate the Assurance of Learning (AoL) process to measure program learning goals (LGs) and close the loop for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate peer review team visits, managing logistics, documentation, and stakeholder preparedness for evaluations.
- Monitor changes in accreditation standards and regulatory policies, advising the leadership team on necessary curriculum or operational adjustments.
- Facilitate internal audits and training sessions for faculty and staff regarding accreditation requirements and documentation standards.

Eligibility:

- Master’s degree in management, Commerce, Economics, Science, IT or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in higher education administration, with at least 3 years’ experience in accreditations, quality assurance, or rankings.
- In-depth knowledge of national (NBA, NAAC, NIRF) and international (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS) accreditation standards and processes.
- Strong proficiency in data management and analysis tools (Excel etc.) and experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or accreditation software.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills, with a proven track record of drafting successful self-study reports.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Successful retention of existing accreditations and progression in international accreditation stages.
- Timely and error-free submission of data to ranking agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Improvement in institutional rankings through strategic data management and gap analysis.
- Successful implementation of Assurance of Learning (AoL) cycles across all programs.
