Jewellery Floor Manager leads daily showroom operations, driving sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and high-value stock security. Key duties include supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising, and handling high-end transactions. This role requires 3–7 years of experience, strong leadership, and expertise in luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Team Leadership:
Drive daily/monthly sales targets and motivate staff to improve conversion rates.

Customer

Experience:

Manage the floor to ensure top-notch customer service, addressing complaints and queries promptly.

Operations & Inventory:
Oversee daily opening/closing, manage inventory, ensure accurate stock tagging, and coordinate with the backend team.

Visual Merchandising:
Maintain, clean, and organize displays and showcases to attract customers.

Security & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety procedures, and prevent inventory damage or theft.

Staff Development:
Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of sales associates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

3–7+ years in retail management, specifically in jewelry.

Leadership:
Strong team management and motivational skills.

Product Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of gold, diamond, and precious stone jewelry.

Skills:

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Technology:
Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and inventory software. Common Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
